General Information

DermaVeen Sensitive Relief Eczema Cream soothes irritation, relieves itch, protective barrier and with colloidal oatmeal that soothes and restores skin.

DermaVeen® Sensitive Relief Eczema Cream is a rich soothing cream specifically formulated for mild eczema flare ups. Formulated with 100% natural finely milled oat from the Avena Sativa plant -known as Colloidal Oatmeal, scientifically proven to offer symptomatic relief in 3 ways:<br /><br />1. A glove-like protective shield forms over the skin to lock in moisture. <br /><br />2. Helps relieve itch and irritation. <br /><br />3. Moisture binding Colloidal Oatmeal rehydrates skin.<br /><br />Free from fragrances, parabens, Lanolin, artificial colours & dyes, alcohol (ethanol). Not tested on animals.

Suitable For: Vegan friendly. Suitable for all skin types including dry, flaky, itchy, cracked skin and skin prone to dermatitis or eczema. For infants, children and adults and for all-over body and face use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A winner ill start this by pressing that I don't have severe eczema but it does flare up during the winter months in random parts of my body. Whenever I find that my skin is just on the cusp of becoming really dehydrated this is my go-to to stop it from becoming a more serious issue. Every time with that failed this provides me with an excellent amount of hydration and I'm able to get my skin back on track after one or two uses. This product has definitely been wonderful addition my staple moisturisers. I think this product has a lot to do with how easy it has been to manage my eczema over the last 1 to 2 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Works A really effective cream - having had itchy eczema in my inside of the elbow arm area I recently purchased this and it really works to soothe and heavily hydrate and moisturise the area to soothe and calm the angry skin. A thickish white cream that is super easy to spread though, I find this is the answer I wanted to find in a topical cream and I was lucky to find it straight away. I did have some good value experience with other Dermaveen products for different purposes so I was drawn to this brand for this itchy eczema issue of late. Also my daughter has repeated bad eczema bouts and says that she uses this one too! Unscented and a relief for itchy angry eczema skin but this feels nice even on other areas of dry skin just to soothe it and moisturise it. I can highly recommend it. It works beautifully. I have it in a tube and my daughter says she has it in a pump bottle.

Tired it yesterday when I bought it .. it was so good not greasy at all . Made my skin feel so so so soft. Usually my skin is rough and very dry doesn’t matter what I put in it. Then it causes it to itch and bleed. One application and no itchiness at all. I felt human again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing better works for for my partner's eczema! My partner has quite bad eczema, and swears by this eczema cream. He breaks out red, itchy, spots, that don't seem to be calmed when he applies usual thin colloidal oatmeal creams. This cream has a much 'denser' and creamier feel to it, which not only nourishes and soothes the eczema, but forms a 'barrier' and locks in the moisture. My partner doesn't wake up itchy in the middle of the night when he uses this! Although it is quite expensive, because it is so rich you don't need to apply that much, so it is more cost effective than it seems at first glance.

I grabbed a tube of the DermaVeen Sensitive Eczema relief cream in preparation for my recent trip and after my success with the DermaVeen Intensive Moisturising Cream I just had to try. The cream comes in a 100ml tube with a flip top lid, perfect for travel or even throwing in your handbag like I do. The cream is not very thick, unfragranced and absorbs in quickly. I applied this to my eczema affected areas and within minutes my itching had settled within minutes, yay! After a few days of continuous use I noticed that a few patches had disappeared and others were shrinking in size. After 10 days of use I am down to 1 patch, that’s the clearest my skin has been in just on 2 years. I haven’t had to use a steroid cream in about a month now. Without a doubt I’ll keep using and recommending this cream.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from got rid of my eczema I have had horrible hands since 5 years ago of sterilizing baby bottles and breast pumps and NICU days. doing the dishes and constantly washing my hands makes it dry and flaky and prone to splits and cracks and bleeds. Very painful. 2 weeks after using this, my hand is back to being baby smooth and I love it. The scent is very mild so not too overpowering and it feels thick and absorbed very well.

They do not break out in eczema but get so itchy it is infuriating.<br />I have been trying a few different things on them lately such as Vitamin A cream but nothing was helping. I remembered I had some of this cream tucked away in my drawer and decided to pull it out. Finally some relief!.<br />This cream is not too thick, it goes on well and is absorbed quickly. It is moisturizing but not greasy or clogging. There is no fragrance which is typical of products made for eczema and this is fine. Highly recommended for cases of the itchies!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Eczema relief Cream helps ease Eczema itches and is easy to apply through the pump nozzle. Stays on skin and can rub off on clothes throughout the day. Definitely worth using for those looking for Eczema relief. The pump nozzle seems to have trouble pumping when there is less than 20% cream left.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nourishing relief for dry flaky skin I used to suffer from eczema quite regularly it was embarrasing. Changing to natural skincare and haircare products has made a huge difference in the sensitivity but this product always helps when nothing else will to combat the extremely dry flaky skin. I use this on my face and body but only in areas with extremely dry skin - my main target area with this product was around the sides of my nose and it worked. I also like to occasionally use this on my elbows and knees as they are very prone to dry rough skin. The cream is white and of a thick, smooth consistency. It absorbs really fast and has barely any scent, there is a slight oaty scent. The size of the packaging is great, it's lasted me almost a year and i still have plenty left. I did find that it took a couple of regular applications to get the noticeable flaky skin to almost disappear it wasn't a 'instant' fix, so i think that if you need something to work very fast for your eczema this may not be for you, but it's still a really good product i really like using it.

When I use it it takes the itch away from my eczema but the label says to apply 4 times daily.... Who has four opportunities everyday to apply cream to their bodies. Not me. It would be better if it was effective it smaller amounts. Smells great, feels good on skin but not super effective
