Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing SPF I recently changed to this product, coverage is wonderful, lightfeel. Dries quick on application, so need to work fairly fast to evenly cover without buildup/caking. Really disappointed that I'll only be wearing this in the evening due to the fact SPF is totally void in this product. I prefer an all in one product that supports SPF so I'd be unlikely to purchase again for that reason.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good cover Hi the new maybeline 30hr is really great, good cover but I'm dissapointed in the shade, I normally take soft bronze in the original 24hr foundation so naturally I bought soft bronze in this one as I have yellow undertone, but it's not the same, it's too light on my skin and actually goes Grey, pleas bring back soft bronze 24hr.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wasted my money I bought this foundation around 45 days ago from the chemist, attracted by the "superstay" feature. However, I was very frustrated when I tried it at home. The colour became darker as I blended the foundation on my skin with the sponge, which made it clearly the wrong shade for me. I got the 10 ivory and still looked too dark on my face. But the biggest disappointment was when finishing applying it. It is clearly not buildable. In fact, when you try to apply a second layer, or even just blend or apply concealer, it simply removes the foundation on that spot! I had foundation all over my face except for this hole on my forehead, which the foundation wouldn't stick to anymore. So weird! The rest of the face actually lasted the whole night, but this application issue is a deal breaker, very frustrating. How come it is a 30h foundation if you can barely touch it after applying. And I can't even return since it's been 45 days form the purchase date, which is very sad cause I'm not using it anymore.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TOO MATTE I have been wearing Superstay 24HR for years and love it. I am so disappointed it has now been discontinued and replaced with the 30HR Foundation. It is streaky, matte and drys too quickly when applying it. Please bring back the Superstay 24HR it moves with your skin. I have been searching everywhere trying to purchase the last in stock as I don't like this new replacement product at all.

It doesn’t cover as well, it dries halfway through applying it, and leaves it very streaky and fake looking. I’m going to search for the 24 hr one online and stock up. Why did you change it?

Its hard to blend, so drying and so thick. It has a weird texture to it as well. Do not recommend at all.

It always made my skin look flawless, bendable, and barely budged all day. It was even competitive to urban decay all nighter foundation for a much more affordable price... until they updated the formula to the 30 hour active super stay. This foundation is awful. I have hoped they would revive the old formula as I've been searching for a replacement for the last few years and cannot find one. The new one is too heavy, dries too quickly so you cannot blend it, sucks into every wrinkle and pore, really aging you, oxidises weirdly effecting it's colour match, and creases poorly throughout the day. Please, please bring back the old super stay 24 hour formula.

It blocks and then if you press the valve a bit harder throw the product 2 metros away. I ruin walls, clothes and ruins anything around. Really is a disaster.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BRING BACK THE 24 HR FORMULA PLEASE the 24 hr super stay was my holy grail. not even mac or two faced looked as good on my skin as the super stay did. i have been gutted since they discontinued the formula years ago. whyyyyy!!!! i was hoping they would see the reviews and realise the old formula was better and bring it back. i have been saving my bottle from 2020 and only use it on special occasions. unfortunately i am almost out and the panic is setting in. it’s sad because trying out foundations is expensive and always disappointing. i don’t believe anything will ever look as good as the 24hr super stay. my heart is broken.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just awful Please bring back the old 24H formula as the 30H is just awful. It is difficult to dispense, when applied it is patchy and cakes. To wear it is heavy and feels like I’m wearing a mask. The old 24H formula was just perfect and I’d been using it for over 10 years. Unfortunately the new 24H is only a skin tint and does not offer full coverage. I am sure the rival brands are loving the disaster of these new formulas as they will have picked up many new customers…..myself included.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really Disappointed This is the second time I have tried this foundation after ready all the great reviews I thought that maybe my first bottle was a bad batch so after a few months I thought I’d give it another try, unfortunately this bottle is exactly that same as the first. It is so hard to blend sits like it is drying on my skin before I can blend it. I have tried so may different ways of applying I, with primer, without primer, a damp beauty blender, brushes and even fingers and nothing helps. Once on it does give nice coverage in areas that I managed to blend but in other areas it is patchy.\ The other issue I have is with the pump, it is absolutely shocking the foundation squirts out at Great force all over everything and that’s when the pump decides to work and is not clogged with foundation. I am not normally once to leave bad reviews but this foundation really disappointed me.

I used a beauty blender, my hands, and a brush. Same results everytime. Never had these issues with another foundation. Such a shame as I usually love maybellines foundations.

It feel so cakey on your face , leave patches, Turns grey around lips. I hope they revert the formula again. 24Hr superstay was flawless

It's cakey, PATCHY and does not glide on like it use to. Bring back to the old formula even if it's only 24 hour 'stay'. Will not be using this foundation again. Everyone BEWARE

I got this on my sweater and started cleaning under a minute from spill and not a single change!! DO NOT GET ON ANYTHING IT WILL NOT COME OUT!!!!!

It used to blend well, felt light weight all while giving long lasting great coverage. This new formula is so hard to put on, feels like I'm putting clay on my face, by the end of the day I feel orange, even though its the right shade and it feels sticky and heavy once on the skin. Very disappointed....Would be great if you went back to the old formula.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Let-down I used to use the old formulation and received so many compliments. It was semi-matte, buildable, high coverage, blendable and the colour was amazing. When it was discontinued and replaced with this, I was so disappointed. This new one is patchy, not buildable and the colour range is poor. You can't even blend it, its so dry. I hate it. I threw it away. Have been buying the OG from overseas paying triple the price (as it's amazing) but will be looking at other brands for a foundation as I can't keep paying 60 dollars for a maybelline product shipped from overseas.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 30 hour vs 24 hour As a true dedicated love of the 24 hour super stay foundation for many years I was devastated when I couldn’t find anyone who sells it anymore, the shelves are stocked with the new 30hour version, I thought to myself wow, this must be better…. I WAS WRONG!! Despite getting the same ‘nude beige’ colour I’m used to the new formula is lighter, I still have a little bit of my 24 hour superstay so I compared them, the new 30 hour goes patchy with in an hour, definitely doesn’t stay as long as the 24 hour superstay and the new formula doesn’t cover my freckles or any of my rosacea not that my confidence is completely shook after walking around for a whole day thinking my makeup looked as it did when using the 24 hour superstay and getting home and seeing the blotchy red creasy mess that this new “30 hour” foundation has left me in, and the fact that most of my products are maybelline, i am now forced to find myself a new brand of make up as I am worried they are going to randomly change something else that doesn’t need fixing

It doesn't blend into the skin and leaves patches on the face. It feels like a paint and not the old super stay foundation I used to know. People who never noticed me wearing foundation(because it was so natural) have noticed this week and keep asking what I'm using for my face. I hope the team can revert back to the initial formula because this one is a no no. I'm forced to find another brand since what I'm using now is not helping and making me loose confidence.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gross I’ve been using the 24hr superstay foundation since 2018 and it’s always been perfect on my skin. Perfect shade, perfect setting. A couple weeks ago I bought this foundation in the exact same colour as I’ve always got and it makes my face look almost yellow. It doesn’t match, it’s hard to blend so the only way to get full coverage is to use way too much and it makes my pores stand out so much. It makes me feel so gross and I can’t believe I spent money on it. Maybelline really needs to revert back to their old formula.
