When I first used it, I said oh my head, I would never wear this to work, it’s not enough. But after 2 wears, the 3rd wear was to work! I liked how it went on so smoothly, evenly and quickly. It felt ultra light and not heavy at all & it was quite dry to apply.

It gave me a more even skin tone and minimized my pores. After a few hours I got an oily T zone and the make up slipped off my skin. Although the make up wasn’t on my skin it still felt very hydrated and glowy. My skin didn’t feel irritated after rinsing off.

I have only ever used liquid foundation in the past. The creamy texture of this foundation is easy to use. I did revert to using my foundation brush for application though as I found the sponge applied it too heavily for my liking. It is very smooth and feels very lovely on my skin, and gives an even coverage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unexpected results [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I struggled to figure out how to open it as the bottom flips open for a sponge and the top screws open for the foundation. The texture appears creamy and goes on so easily with great coverage. I didn’t expect such great coverage. The colour was a perfect match too. As the first day went on I noticed the foundation came off quite easily if I touched my face. I changed my primer the next day and it stayed a little better but still not all day wear kind of lasting. Maybe a setting spray would help…. Overall though I am very pleased with this foundation as it delivers on promises and fine lines and wrinkles are hidden. I am going to continue using this.

You don't need to apply a lot for coverage but it felt a little tacky when I first applied it but dried really nicely on my face. I wouldn't say it covered all blemishes completely however this could be due to the colour I was testing as it may not have been the correct shade for my skin but it did give my skin a nice matte finish. Unfortunately it did look a bit 'cakey' on my skin, but again this could be due to the shade and possibly the amount I applied. The compact was cute but a little bit fiddly. Overall though, it is a great base foundation if not applied too heavily.

I found it very moisturizing and not really needing to use a primer. As a mum of three this means the morning routine just got a little bit easier with one less step. Overall, really happy to have tried it and will switch to this as my new make up.

I used a brush to apply the foundation and found a little goes a long way. It is easy to spread and has a great tone and coverage. It was able to hide my redness, fine lines and imperfections. The foundation lasted well throughout the day and just needed a powder reapplication because of my oily skin. Great all around foundation!

Love the inclusion of skincare ingredients (Hyaluronic complex, Vitamin C, SPF), so I don’t feel the need to apply my skincare in order to get these benefits. There is no scent to this product and the texture when applied to the face is soft and creamy. This foundation is buildable, so you can layer it to create full coverage. I tried using the applicator that comes with the foundation, but instead found using a brush for application and a beauty sponge for blending worked better. Overall, I do like this product, but I think the applicator could be better.

It looks good with a white swirl. The sponge is located in separate area to the foundation on the opposite side. The foundation is a screw top opening. I found it a little fiddly to get the sponge, unscrew the lid, find a place for the lid and then put it all back together again. If the lid was also a pop like the sponge area, it would make life easier. In terms of coverage, it was medium to light. It was smooth to go on however I did find my face got oily towards the day. In terms of the claim that it 'floats' over wrinkles, I didn't find this to be true. It performed like other foundations in that it did sink into my wrinkles, especially under my eyes. Would I buy this again? Probably not.

It definitely does not feel like I am wearing any makeup. I was also surprised at how natural it looked. However, the wrinkles were still as visible as ever, it's not like I was expecting a miracle but "simply ageless" gave me hope. Another positive is the make up did not enhance my wrinkles so that's a plus!!! I wouldn't say it is perfect but it hits pretty close - tag line: You do you, we'll help with the rest! Thanks covergirl, a great product that's "easy and ageless" (Insert Tina Turner song "you're simply the best" but rephrase with it's simply ageless).

Best thing is it comes in a handy packaging. I tried it 3-4 times to be sure if I am liking it. It does its job but it's not full coverage, if that's what you are looking for. It felt like I wasn't wearing make-up ,there's nothing worst than having cakey makup that feels heavy on your face. I used the product like I would another other foundation and it covered all the blemishes. I did however find the product to make my skin feel very oily after a few hours, also leading to a few spot pop up on my face. I did try this product out for 2 weeks as my everyday make up.

Given that it is a compact and not a liquid it provides satisfactory coverage. However I cannot agree that it instantly reduces the appearance of wrinkles for those who may have / be using it for this reason. It definitely provides coverage and hides mild skin imperfections . For practicality reasons one opening as opposed to opening two compartments would be appreciated for those days when your time poor. The added inclusion of hyaluronic complex is assuring yet hard to witness when covering skin with a foundation.
