It's easy to pop into the handbag and use it while on the go to freshen up. It's smooth and has good, even coverage. The only flaw for me personally was while applying the foundation with the applicator, it tends to be a little cakey to start off with. I had to use a foundation brush to smoothen it out.

At first I was a little wary of the added sunscreen as my skin can breakout horribly with certain sunscreens, but thankfully after a week of use my skin hadn't reacted. The creamy texture of the foundation makes it easy to apply and it blends in quite nicely. I found the coverage to be light to maybe a medium, but it still did a pretty good job at hiding my pores and blemishes whilst keeping a more natural look. By the end of the day I was pleasantly surprised to see that my face wasn't looking like I'd just face dived into a puddle of oil, like so many foundations have done to me before. But what was really surprising is my skin actually looked fresh and bright, and even though the foundation was barely there my skin appeared blemish free and beautiful still.

Super light, and easy to pop in your handbag on a night out. I applied it lightly and didn’t hardly need to build it up much as it really did hide my imperfections and blotchiness. It lasted all day which was a very big positive and didn’t feel real thick on my skin. I think comparing it to other brands I have used that this was the winner! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice cover and a more youthful look.

The foundation glides on easily, blends super well and felt nice and cool on my skin when applying. I couldn’t detect any fragrance and my skin had no reactions which was great. I really liked the addition of Olay mixed in with the foundation and I think this really made a difference in my more dry areas. I found this wore well all day and I had no patchy areas. I personally prefer a foundation to give slightly more coverage but I was still very impressed with this foundation and would purchase again.

Initially when applying the foundation, it did feel a bit “claggy”, but the coverage was good. Prior to receiving the product I had to answer questions to get my colour match and I thought the product I received matched my skin tone well. I unintentionally put this foundation to the test when it came to wear/lasting capability, as I ended up exercising in very hot weather and the foundation didn’t budge! I tried the foundation both with and without a primer layer and still felt it was a little sticky on initial application in both cases. However I think I would continue to use this foundation, however whether I would buy it again once I’ve finished this one the jury is still out.

Keep in mind when choosing your colour that because the sun cream/moisturiser is mixed through that it lightens the overall shade once applied, so I would go for a darker colour than you normally would. Over all I like it, but if you prefer a more matte look, you will need to add a powder over the top, and a little goes a long way.

I love how this foundation is all in one. It had sunblock, covers my pores, is a foundation and have anti aging properties. The only thing I didn’t like was when I’m exercising, my sweat actually turns white and drip down my face which doesn’t look pleasant.

Opening to get the sponge to apply the foundation on was fine, it was just a pull back to open but the foundation was a twist to open but it took me awhile to figure that out given opening to get the sponge was different. It is easy to apply on. I find it more time consuming to put on compared with a liquid foundation where I use my fingers. I found I needed to spend more time going back to the foundation to get more to get the same level of coverage I get with a liquid foundation. The finish was nice, it looked flawless, the colour blended in with me face. It looked good. I didn’t look I had any wrinkles so that’s great.

I found it smooth and easy to apply and gave me an all over coverage. It’s light weight so doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. throughout the day I had to reapply in areas but overall I was happy with CoverGirl simply ageless instant wrangle foundation.

That has fine lines, laugh lines and ageing skin because I wasn't taught how to look after my skin from a young age, I am really enjoying this foundation! Many foundations I've used end up settling in my lines and seem to give me such a cakey face after a few hours. I've found the CoverGirl Simply Ageless Instant Wrinkle Defying Foundation, is relatively lightweight, has a medium coverage, and a slight matte finish (great for me as I have oily skin and powder settles in my lines and makes me look older so I love that I don't need the powder!).

The container was a little annoying to use. After moisturising it was hard to unscrew open. Also the applicator was a little small and thin. It looked great when I received it and I was eager to get it on my face. It applied smoothly and was like velvet on the skin. The shade was one too light for my skin but I got the idea that this is a lovely product and very important for anti-ageing. The brand is trusted, the product seems good quality and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a one step process.

However after 8 hour of wearing foundation, doesn’t get messy face and feel like still ok to wear it until night. After a few days I realised that this foundation make nice tone up and nice shiny skin which is looks younger! Easy to apply and off with makeup remover Added cotton.

It is slightly oily for me but with lots of blending using a blending sponge rather than the applicator it came with I got a good coverage. It lasted a fair while. Maybe for all day wear might need to use a setting spray.

Can definitely feel how it's smooth and hydrating and does cover some of the lines I have. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I feel it leaves and powdery finish and I need to smooth it in with my fingers to get a more even coverage. But there is more things to worry about than having to smooth it in more than I would normally. Would I continue to use it yes, would buy it yes, but maybe in a darker shade for summer.

I instantly found how well designed the packaging was and how comfortable it was to hold. The foundation was effortless to apply and I was able to build coverage as needed. I was surprised how well it covered my under eye dark circles and it blended really well. The colour was slightly darker than what I usually use, however I did continue to use it. The foundation felt very velvety on my skin, however due to the added moisturiser I did feel like it sat on top of my skin and I did notice I was wearing it. After around the hour mark, I saw that the foundation creased under my eyes a little. Unfortunately by around 6 hours, the foundation made my t-zone very oily and my skin was very shiny. I do not believe it is the best foundation for my combination skin, however I absolutely feel someone with normal or dry skin would love this foundation
