After washing hair with Pantene shampoo and conditioner, smooth evenly through hair and leave for five minutes before rinsing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product with Pantene Pro-V Colour Protection Shampoo and The Miracle Colour Protection Daily Treatment twice a week. After just one use of this miracle hair mask I've seen amazing, mind blowing results. My hair feels super hydrated, soft, silky and so shiny. My sister also asked me what I was using! Pantene Pro-V Miracle Mask Biotin is easy to use and a little dollop goes a long way and the smell is heavenly. If you use this product with the other Pantene Pro V range you will be a walking florist. I also found that it kept moisture throughout the days, usually my hair gets heaps of flyway’s but I found that the moisture reduced it. I do however recommend not putting it near or on your scalp, if you have oily hair. Just work it through the mid section.

My hair is very long, highlighted, fine texture and medium density. Prone to breakage and knots. This mask does work fast, 5 minutes, and shows results in one use. Makes hair super easy to brush trough wet (and I have tangling issue normally and knots). Softens hair and conditions express fast and well. Scent is strong. Not the type I like. Can just describe as "perfumey". It is very affordable and accessible and I do like using it when in a rush and need super fast hair treatment. Hair is left shiny and smooth. Not hydrating, but very conditioning and when I used it together after Pantene colour treatment (3 minute colour protect one), my hair was super sleek! When just air dried. Usually it is puffy and wavy. This mask is smoothening. Lightweight on fine hair. No buildup at all. And I even use it all from roots trough to the ends. It is dense, but because it contains no oils, at my roots (usually getting oily fast) hair has volume and lengths are sleek. Really good supermarket mask.

It leaves my hair feeling so much smoother and less frizzier. It is super easy to apply, leaving it on for some minutes before rinsing off and achieving healthier and silkier hair. The mask gave my hair a nourishing boost, and left my hair feeling like a dream! I will continue using this mask until it runs out and then I will buy more. I would definitely recommend this product to others wanting to achieve healthier hair that can make heads turn.

My hair has suffered quite a bit during lockdown as I haven't been able to get the hair treatments that I used to get and while nothing comes close to salon hair treatments I find that this biotin hair mask is pretty good and really affordable if you're on a budget. It's a hydrating hair mask that can be used as a weekly treatment for those who have dry, damaged and coloured hair. For my hair I feel as though this is good to use once a week and throughout the week I'll use my Pantene conditioner and other hair treatments. I apply it to damp hair and use it all over my hair and then wait for five minutes for my hair to soak up all the hair mask goodness. Once I wash it out my hair feels noticeably softer and smoother. It helps to tame my frizz and keep my hair moisturised so when I blow-dry, straightener or curl it, my hair looks much better.

It comes in a jar with screw top lid. It is thick and creamy and easy to apply, gliding through the hair. I like that it's a quick treatment, only 5 minutes and you can stay in the shower, yet the results are great. This product only lost two stars because I really don't like the fragrance and it lasts two days after the wash too. I don't think it's a bad fragrance, it's just not for me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but maybe a bit musky. I used this mask with the Pantene Pro-V Colour protection shampoo and my hair was so soft, smooth and shiny the next day, without any frizz. My colour looked fresh and shiny and my hair felt strong. Very impressed with this product and would recommend if not sensitive to the fragrance - can't believe the bargain price on it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not worth the oilyness [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never really used hair masks in the past so I was excited to try the Pantene Pro-V Miracle Mask Biotin. I smothered it through my hair after giving it a thorough wash & found the jar made it easy to scoop out how much you want. I didn’t mind the scent, however it definitely has an artificial tinge to it. I was expecting big things from this however unfortunately it left my hair super oily as soon as I dried it. I typically only apply conditioners and treatments to the bottom half and ends of my hair, and letting the conditioner & water run over my scalp when I’m rinsing it out, but even still, this proved too much and I emerged with oily-looking hair & felt like I needed to jump back in the shower & wash it all again. Don’t think I’d be able to recommend this one given I couldn’t even get 1 day out of the fresh wash unfortunately

I incorporated it into a nice self-care evening and found it to be refreshing and uplifting to take that short period of time out of my busy day to take care of myself and my hair. I really enjoyed the results for the body of my hair, as it made it smoother and softer, as advertised. However, I was incredibly disappointed because I found that even though I thoroughly rinsed it out after the advised time, my roots definitely appeared oily (and I do not have naturally oily hair). I tried the treatment again the following week, avoiding my scalp area and found I had much better results. I still would not recommend this to a friend or family member, particularly if they did have naturally oily hair.
