Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was pleasantly surprised by how well these pens work!\n\nI have tried the green one for redness around my nose andacne pigmentation and the apricot one for my under my eyes.\nIn the past I tried the colour correcting products but I didn’tlike them because they left a weird colour after applying the foundation.\n\nBut these pens are very good!! They blend nicely and easily tocover redness and darkness under my eyes.\nIt’s quite pigmented (especially apricot one) so good tip isuse only tiny bit and blend with a finger.\nDefinitely I’ll continue to use these pens. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Absolutely loved these colour correctors. They easily blended out onto my skin and were untraceable under my foundation and concealer. The peach shade is amazing for covering up sins from the night before and the green easily covered up any redness I had without emphasising pores or dry patches. Can’t recommend these enough! \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is fantastic that there are so many variety of colours to use for different purposes. The pen was really easy to use and the applicator was soft on the skin when I applied it on. I noticed that a little goes a long way and had to make sure I was not twisting the bottom of the pen too many times so I don’t waste any of the products. I also found the product to be very pigmented, which was great  because it means I don’t need much of it to apply and that this product will last for awhile. I noticed that not all the colours were effective on me based on my skin tone. However, I personally enjoyed using the apricot shade having a medium dark skin tone, I just had to make sure I do not put too much on. Then, when I applied my concealer on top of it, my skin looks more even, smoother, brighter and it really made a difference than if I was to just use my concealer alone. Overall, I am glad that I was able to review and try this product as I was very happy with the result, and how easy it is to use and apply. Definitely worth recommending. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I’m part of the Beauty Crew, and I received a full colour range of the MasterCamo colour correcting pens. I have fair to light skin colour, I found that the green blended quite well and concealed a couple of the red spots I had quite well. Apricot colour which is for dark circles I found to be quite dark, even though it said light to medium skin tone. I ended up mixing it with the blue and yellow to get it to suit my skin tone, the blend together very well. Using around my eyes I found it sit and set in my creases. I found a little product goes along way.\nOverall they are good and can give light to full coverage, and there is the option to mix the colours together which is great.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved most of these pens. \nI managed to used almost all of them besides the red one because of my light skin. They blended out amazingly and hid under my foundation really well. The applicator wasn’t hard or irritated my skin, it was soft and smooth. I’d buy  these again! Works wonderfully! \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I received what I believe is the entire collection of Master Camo sticks from Beauty Crew. Maybelline is one of my favourite brands - they make my holy grail concealer. But colour correctors are hard to get right and I wasn’t expecting these to be revolutionary.\n\nI was pleasantly surprised at how well these correctors worked. They are quite pigmented so the biggest learning curve is to make sure you don’t use too much product. \n\nI used the apricot shade under my eyes, the green on my cheeks where I have a lot of redness and the purple on the high points of my face. \n\nAfter blending them out and applying my foundation/concealer they weren’t at all detectable and my skin appeared more even in tone and there was no added texture or cakiness. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from  really enjoyed experimenting with these.I found the apricot was leat affective and i found the green corrector was the best for my\ncombination skin.Easy to apply and went on easy with application.A good coverage and flawless finish and achieved the look under make up.Blended well and looked good under makeup\nI would buy green for sure.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These pens are fantastic and I really enjoyed using most of them. The green corrector I used the most as I have some redness around my nose and chin. It concealed these areas very well I found it very simple to apply and blend and my foundation sat flawlessly on top without any colour showing through and the redness was covered. The yellow pen was my next favourite and I used this to highlight my under eye area and counteract darkness. I didn’t have much use for the apricot, red and purple as they did not suit my light-medium skin tone. The packaging is great and convenient for travel. The applicator tip is shaped well which makes application super easy. I would definitely buy the green and yellow pens when I run out. They are a great price point too. Highly recommended!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing colour correcting pens! The apricot shade is perfect for hiding dark circles on light skin and blends easily with concealer. Loved how each colour said what it was supposed to do on the packaging, for example, the green was to conceal redness, very helpful for colour correcting newbies. Overall the formula went on and blended easily without drying out your skin. Very excited to use again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of my favourite review crews so far that I've been on! I love colour correcting makeup and there were 5 of them for me to use! Each colour had a different targeting concern:\nGreen to target redness, Pink for brightening dullness, Lilac for sallowness, Apricot for dark under eye, and Yellow for brightening light skin.\n\nThe one I enjoyed the most was the Apricot shade which combats dark under eye circles on my light undertoned skin. In the beginning the twist applicator took me 20 times to actually get the colour out. It makes a clicking sound every time you do a full twist. The sponge tip is slanted and is perfect to glide onto the delicate eye area. It is heavily pigmented and I use my tiny corrector sponges to apply the corrector product. After that, I would apply my liquid foundation and finishinh powder with a spritz of finishing spray. The end product looks so great!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was provided with the opportunity to review these pens as part of the Beauty Crew Review Crew, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked! The product has a liquid consistency that is very easy to blend on the face - it dries quickly too so it doesn't take much time to apply. It is worth mentioning though, that it is quite pigmented - so a little can go a long way!\n\nOf course, some of the colours were more useful for me than others - for example I did not use the deep red pen at all because it was designed for skin tones that are darker than mine. I primarily used the apricot, yellow and green pens, and I found that they were all very effective in concealing various issues on my skin (such as redness, dark circles and pigmentation). The pack also comes with a lilac-blue pen, however I did not find that this was useful for my skin tone either, so I did not get much use out of it.\n\nThe pens come with a felt tip to assist with dispensing the product, and the pen works on a "click-twist" system which is sometimes a little inconsistent in the amount of product it dispenses. Aside from this however, the pens are very simple to use and they fit perfectly into any makeup bag without taking up much space.\n\nI would definitely use these products again, and they have become a go-to for my regular make-up routine!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These pens have quite a thick consistency but do what they say and colour correct. I used the apricot one to his dark circles under my foundation and concealer and  worked wonderfully. The green covered up redness on my nose but was a bit visible towards then end of the day when my makeup had worn off a bit so you may need to reapply your foundation depending on your skin. Overall great value!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am a big fan of these incredible correctors! I was a bit taken aback on first use- I went straight for the apricot colour to hide my dark circles. And boy is it apricot. I didn't think it would work, but I persevered, and after blending, foundation and concealer- it was just brilliant. Dark circles be gone! I leaned quickly that a little goes a long way, so I reckon the product will last for ages. I then went for green to hide any hints of redness, which once again, under my normal makeup- made a subtle but noticeable improvement. For me, I've made these a big part of my normal beauty routine and would recommend them! They are easy to use, work brilliantly and make a big difference.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved these colour correcting pens! Although it was a bit difficult to get the product out in the beginning, it’s easy enough to apply and work out how much of the product you need. They have amazing coverage although be careful not to apply too much of any of the correctors as it can show through a foundation without majorly full coverage. The green pen was my absolute favourite and I will continue using it on my blemishes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall I really enjoyed using these pens but two of the colours were not suitable at all for my fair skin and each colour is extremely pigmented.\n \nEach pen is equipped with a soft felt tip through which product is dispensed by twisting the bottom of the pen. I like the design of the pens but there was inconsistency in terms of how much product was dispensed each time I twisted the bottom of the pen. Sometimes I would twist the pen multiple times and nothing would come out. Other times I would twist the pen only once and there would be enough product dispensed to cover my nose!\n \nI was also surprised by how creamy the formula was and it dried fairly quickly.\n \nIn terms of colour selection, I did not like the Apricot pen. I am quite fair and it turned me Oompa Loompa orange. I could not get the colour to blend with any foundation I layered on top of it. I don’t think this coloured pen is suitable for fair skin at all. I had similar troubles with the Red pen.\n \nIn contrast, I really enjoyed using the Green, Blue and Yellow pens and they were the ones that I kept coming back to.\n \nI suffer redness and layering either the Green or Yellow pen under foundation gave me nice coverage. The Yellow pen was also suitable for my skin tone and helped cancel out dark circles under my eyes and slightly brightened my overall complexion.\n \nThe Blue pen dispensed a colour akin to a powdered blue. I found it worked really well combined with warm foundations. I'd repurchase this pen out of all the colours.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After receiving the complete set of the Maybelline Camo Colour Correcting Pens and trialling 3 shades – Yellow, Apricot and Green – I have to say they’ve become an absolute staple in my special occasion makeup routine!\n\nFirstly, the liquid formula is fantastic! The lightweight yet pigmented formula isn’t dry or greasy, blends into the skin easily with both a brush or a sponge blender, offers a nice medium coverage that works well pre and post foundation application, and doesn’t shift or cake underneath concealer unlike some cream products. I do recommend blending them quickly after application as they can dry down fast, and using a medium to full coverage concealer over the top of these products otherwise they can leave a slight cast.\n \nThe uniquely shaped, curved pen tip makes applying a breeze – reaching easily into the corners of the eyes and around the nose. The applicator is nice and firm too which allows for a precise application. The only downside is the applicator can get dirty when layering shades so be cautious of this!\n \nMy favourite shade is the extremely pigmented Apricot shade which is perfect for Medium skin tones to combat blue or purple tones around the eyes, or any darker pigmentation and discolouration on the face. This works especially well with the Yellow, which when used alone, brightens (or highlights areas) and adds clarity to the skin. I found the Yellow can be a little streakier, requiring more product, however it performs great when layered over the Apricot.\n \nI have mild redness on my cheeks and found that the Green counteracts this without adding a strange tinge. For those with Rosacea the Green may not offer enough coverage, but for me it worked a treat!\n \nOverall I love that you can purchase these pens individually to target your needs, and think they’re amazing for flawless makeup days, special events, or when you need your makeup to counteract discolouration for a long period of time.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As part of the Beauty Crew - Review Crew, I had the opportunity to trial all five shades of the Master Camo Colour-Correcting Pen. All shades are pigmented, easy to blend - little product goes a long way. \nMy favourite shades would be Green and Apricot, which I now use in my everyday makeup routine for work. The green shade was excellent in dulling the redness, particularly on my breakouts and around my nose. The apricot shade combined with Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer completely hid my dark circles.\nApplication tip: I would recommend to apply this product using a sponge or even your finger as opposed to the sponge-tip applicator on the pen which dispenses too much product. Layering is key in colour-correcting, so apply these colour-correcting pens before you apply your base (foundation, concealer etc.) \n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I generally always have some sort of colour correcting products in my makeup bag, so I was excited to try these out, especially anything green that can help hide blemishes and redness I get around my nose and chin. The pen with built-in foam applicator packaging is simple and effective, with the foam tip being perfect for under eyes and spot correction. The concealers themselves are very pigmented, but the green, lavender and peach are really well covered by foundation, even with my fair skin tone. I didn't attempt to use the red though as it is far too dark to be of any use for my colouring. They offer good coverage and wear quite well under makeup and/or concealer, so overall I was really quite impressed and will definitely keep using them.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was really surprised at how great these were! They come in so many shade options! For my personally I used the green for redness on my face and the light peach for my under eyes as I have some visible veins. I was impressed by how the concealers corrected under my foundation. The only slight downside was that I noticed the formula was a little drying and for me having oily skin it wasn’t an issue but it might be for some with dry skin particularly under the eye. Overall def worth the try if you have some areas that need covering!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was always curious about color correctors and how they could improve my make up, so I took this opportunity and used as many as I could. As I am quite fair, I was unable to use the red pen.\nAll of the correctors I tried went on quite easily and the applicators were soft and non-scratchy.  Good coverage, perfect application - no streaks! They stay on all day and will probably stay on even longer with setting powder or setting spray. \nWhat I like most about these correctors is that they don't feel heavy on the skin, get the job done, and they don't break me out, which is always a good thing :)\nThough, perhaps I expected too much of the green one. While it covered up slight redness perfectly, it didn't cover up my acne spots completely.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I recently received these from Beauty Crew to test out. I have a few colour correcting products but find that it is an extra step that I don't usually do every single day. Having said that, after receiving these, I tried to use at least one a day to really put them to the test. I mainly used the green one as I occasionally have breakouts which are red. I also used the peachy one to colour correct some darkness around the eyes and the yellow one to counteract darker areas on my face. I tried the blue and red one but round they didn't really match my medium/tan skin tone. \n\nI am really impressed with these products. They are very blendable and are undetectable under foundation and concealer. The consistency is perfect - not too thick where it is hard to blend and cakey-looking and not too thin where it blends to nothing and the redness/darkness/dullness still peaks through. I tried using a sponge, brush and my fingers to blend in the product and all methods worked well.\n\nI found that when I did use these, my skin looked a bit more consistent as sometimes post-blemish pigmentation or the redness around my nose were visible through my medium coverage foundation. They were super easy to use and I really like the applicator in terms of you being able to control how much product was dispensed from the sponge. One tip is to dispense a little amount on the back of your hand to warm it up before applying on the required parts of the face. Really helps with the blendability. My only con is that I found that you needed to work fast to blend it evenly which wasn't a problem after I figured that out. \n\nWould definitely recommend them to those getting into colour correcting for the first time!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One thing is evident from the very start, the orang-y  corrector designed for medium tone’s under eye is VERY pigmented. Seriously, you only need the smallest amount to get the job done and I probably wouldn’t bother unless you are doing a full face of makeup. The other ones best for my skin tone were the green and yellow and both were amazingly effective. I can’t stress enough, don’t overuse the product – goin very light and work your way in. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I got to trial all 5 colour pens from the latest range of Maybelline Master Camo ColourCorrecting Pens and I was pleasantly surprised. The correcting pens were pigmented, especially the apricot shade which I found was fantastic in covering dark circles. However, make sure you don’t overload it too much – or your face may have a slight orange tinge!\n \nMy favourite colour was the green, as it was great in covering up the old blemish and small pigmentations on my face. The yellow and purple pens were fantastic as well. They were all easy to apply and lasted all day ato work.\n \nHowever, improvement to the packaging could be made, I had to turn my pens a number of times before product could come out. Also, I feel a brush tip may be better than a sponge tip. If you don’t wipe off the excess product off the tip, it dries out and that’s product unnecessarily wasted. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I should start by admitting, I am a bit of a novice when it comes to colour correcting. I have tried different ones time an time again, but I have never quite made it work. I was, however, very excited when Maybelline released these new colour correcting pens, because I felt like they could be the answer to all my prayers! \n\nMaybelline has released 6 different coloured correcting pens in this new collection. You have green, which helps to cancel out redness and works for all skin tones; blue (I think it's more of a lilac), which neutralises sallowness and is created for fair to light skin tones; pink, which brightens dullness and is designed for fair skintones; yellow to brighten dullness in darker skin tones; apricot to neutralise dark circles in light to medium skin tones; and red for dark circles in darker skin tones.\n\nLet's start with the design. I really like the application and design that Maybelline has come up with for these pens. They are a clicker pen (meaning you have to twist for the concealer to come out) and they have a precise blender tip end, designed to make it easy to apply. I simply twist the pen allowing a little bit of concealer to come out (not too much!) and then apply where I need to. You honestly do not need very much of any of them, because the colour is SUPER pigmented and if you get too much it can be a bit of a nightmare to blend. I always apply the colour before using foundation and concealer, because if I go too hard with it, it is a little bit easier to cover it up. To blend, I find that the sponge on the pen is a little bit hard to work with and once you've used the pen a couple of times it ends up a little bit wet and dry (making it impossible to blend). Instead I use a sponge or brush and buff it into the skin with that.\n\nMy favourite colours of the pens have definitely been the green, lilac and apricot. I use the green on my spots or any area of redness (typically my cheeks, or around my nose), the apricot under my eyes and the lilac to brighten up my cheekbones a little bit. There are a lot of different guides telling you where the colours go, and it takes a bit of experimentation to find what works for you. \n\nAll in all I have been quite impressed. The colours are pigmented, so they actually do what they say they will do, the formula is creamy and easy to blend and the design of the pen is practical and really easy to use. My only downfall with it was the sponge applicator, which I think becomes a bit of a pain after the first couple of uses. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My favourite is the Apricot shade, which is used to combat dark under-eye circles on light-medium skin tones. I apply a 3 tiny dots underneath each eye, then blend in with my ring finger. It does a wonderful job when combined with my foundation and a brightening concealer to counteract the hideous dark circles under my eyes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really loved these pens, they were my go to over the New Year period as I found they reacted really well with my skin and going on seamlessly under my normal make up. I noticed the difference after using the pens - the Blue and Apricot were the standard with my particular skin tones. Hid my dark circles well and made difference to my overall appearance. Really happy with these products

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I absolutely loved these pens, so easy to use and super easy to blend. Favourites would be the Apricot and Green. The Apricot was great at helping hide dark circles, once blended in and after putting foundation on I really did notice a difference. The Green was great for dulling redness, especially when I had breakouts. A bit of extra help along with your concealer and foundation, a great addition to your makeup bag!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These pens were super easy to use. I gravitated towards the yellow and green pens as they suited my skin tone better (light to medium). However, the twist pens do waste a lot of product as they are super pigmented products. In order for it to look natural I used my finger or beauty blender to blend the product in. A little definitely goes a long way!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have never really used colour correction sticks or palettes before so I was actually excited to try these correcting pens. I first started with the peach colour to correct my dark circles, however I found that this colour was too much for me as it was showing through my foundation and concealer. I tried again, this time blending even more but I still feel like it was too much for my skin. So I moved to the yellow pen for dark circles - this one was much better! It lightened up my under eyes and wasn't as noticeable as my concealers and foundations blended well with this colour. \nI used the green pens a little around the mouth area for redness and uneven skin tones. Again, you really need to blend this!! It was actually too light after I applied foundation. I don't have a lot of redness though so this could have been why. I didn't use the red as it wasn't applicable for me.The blueI tried a few times around my cheek/nose area for sallowness but I could't notice a difference.\nOverall, my pick would be the yellow corrector pen! It's worth a try. I love the applicator! It's the perfect shape to get into the corners of the eyes. I will continue to use it. And less is more! So this should last for a while.\n

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really liked the consistency of this product. The formula blends well and is so easy to smooth out when using a buffing brush after the pen applicator. Unfortunately because I am quite fair-skinned, many of the colours were a little too bold and pigmented for me, and showed up underneath my light foundation. When I tried them with a heavier foundation, the under colours weren't so noticeable but I don't want to have to wear full coverage foundation every day. My more tanned friend also tried the products and found the colours better suited to her skin type, especially the orange for her dark circles, which had been way too dark for me. \n\nMy favourite was the green, which did a great job of hiding red post-acne scarring and redness around my nose. Great product if you have the right skin colour. \n
