I am wanting to get a refund from the store where I bought it, let's see how I go. Should have stuck with the more expensive brand I usually buy from the makeup counters in the department stores

I gave it a chance anyways but it was extremely clumping and gave me spider lashes. to remove it I used coconut oil. extremely hard to remove and I had about 7 lashes come out, usually when I remove my regular mascara only one or two lashes come out. bad product. make sure to check that you're not accidentally buying the waterproof version unless you actually want that one. I wish the packaging was more clear.

After the first week I looked up other reviews and saw that less product on the brush helped for others. But even using less I still had a lot of eyelashes falling out. Definitely not with it!

I have found the brush thin and ineffective. It doesn’t make my lashes thicker or longer!!! The actual substance is hard when it dries and makes my lashes look crooked. It is horrible.I should have stayed with my old brand. Marvellous how in a video they can make it look so good .

The wand is very poor and the mascara sets before you can even extend it to the end of the lash. You definitely do not get thick long lashes. Very disappointed and $30 poorer.

Brought this mascara online and was happy with the result at first untill it came to washing it off (very hard to remove and clumps are still present on eyelashes after three washes had to used a face wipe to remove excess, ended up throwing it in the bin, complete waste of money- my go mascara is from Too Faced “better then sex mascara” normal not waterproof works better then this!

Mascara is too thick, brush spokes aren't long enough to distribute product evenly & separate lashes as you sweep through with the brush. End result is Sky High Clumps of lashes! Used once, and now in the bin!
