Rated 1 out of 5 by from I genuinely found this product pointless. I was so disappointed with this product. Firstly, it's expensive for what it is. Essentially 4 different tablets and a booklet to read. I read every word, I did the correct preparation, I did the exercise and I stuck religiously to the ridiculously limited food plan. Every single morning I hoped that something would happen, that there might be some shred of improvement with my gut and constipation issues, and NOTHING happened in the entire 7 days. Literally nothing changed, I continued to feel heavy, bloated, full and energy-less. After a week of eating much healthier food than I usually do, drinking 2-3 litres of water a day, sleeping more and going for a daily walk, there was NO movement on the sclaes whatsoever.... but more importantly, I didn't feel any different or better. This was a waste of time and money. Do not buy or use this product.
