Daily Iron + Lactoferrin is an iron supplement to help prevent dietary iron deficiency and relieve associated tiredness. Lactoferrin is an iron binding protein. When taken in combination with iron, research demonstrates an improved absorption of dietary iron with reduced gastric irritation making it easier for women to maintain healthy iron levels.

Common Uses
Suitable for use by women with an increased need for iron such as vegetarians, during exercise, breastfeeding, menstruation and adolescent growth or when the dietary intake of iron may be inadequate.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Bovine lactoferrin 100mg, zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 5mg) 25mg, iron iii glycinate (iron 3.5mg) 12.95mg, ascorbic acid 250mg.
Directions
Women: take one capsule twice daily with food or as professionally prescribed. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your medical practitioner.
