It has all the standard things the market (and I) want in a shampoo. No silicones, mineral oils, parabens - all that jazz. Maybe it improved the shine of my hair a bit, but it certainly did nothing for the split ends (although it really would be a miracle if a shampoo could reverse, rather than prevent split ends). It's a middle of the road shampoo, it lathers nicely with a fairly neutral scent. I used it with the collagen 3 minute miracle conditioner. It's always hard to say which was the better product when used in combination.

It’s also quite fine. I used this shampoo a few times and it was definitely nice but I wasn’t blown away. The texture was nice and it lathered really well however it didn’t leave my hair feeling silky soft when washed out. Maybe it gave my hair to god of a clean? I just prefer my hair to feel a bit more nourished when washing out my shampoo. It also has a floral scent that didn’t linger for too long after washing which I prefer. Overall a nice product but it didn’t wow me.

I have very fine hair which means I can get lots of flyaways when the shampoo is too light and my hair looks a bit dank when the shampoo is too heavy. I loved the feel of this shampoo, it felt luxurious in my hand and on my hair, its got a lovely scent to it and almost felt like a cream - gorgeous. Unfortunately it was too heavy or my hair, I think it would be better suited to a thick, lush head of hair where it can truly do the job it says it can do.

I honestly can't remember the last time I used a Pantene shampoo. Whereas I liked the conditioner, the shampoo did leave me wanting. It's a repairing shampoo, but I didn't really get that from the product. From my experience, it feels like a normal shampoo, it lathered well, smelled nice, and didn't leave my hair feeling dry or stripped when rinsing out, but I can say that about most of the shampoos I have tried over the last year or so, so I had hoped that - especially when used in conjuction with the conditioner and detangling mist - that it would do a bit more and give me genuinely noticeable results, this wasn't the case for me. I'll certainly continue to use it, as I hate waste, but am unlikely to repurchase.

I have lightened and bright coloured hair and found that this shampoo washed out my colour more than most. Strange considering it is meant to be gentle. It cleaned ok and my hair felt clean after, however after following with the conditioner and the detangling spray my hair felt coated and weighed down. And i still couldn't brush it particularly well. The shampoo would be ok if I didnt have coloured hair. All together the system didnt work for me but might be good if you have very dry natural hair.

The rest of the line made my hair feel really soft and that softness would last for days, however, I do feel like this was perhaps too rich for my hair as it just made my hair so greasy. I have wavy/curly thin hair and I found that when it dried, it made my hair quite frizzy, almost as if I had gone on holiday to somewhere with a lot of humidity. I didn't mind the look, and I could tone it down with oils and leave-in conditioner, but overall, it wasn't my favourite. I would be interested to try it out in the thick of winter when my hair needs a bit more TLC though.

Back then my hair wasn’t dyed and I had my natural colour. I feel like it did dry my hair a bit and made it a little frizzy but also made it soft and smell really nice. I shared it around with my housemates too and they loved it just as much. I feel like on natural hair it would be really nourishing and moisturising but just wasn’t enough for my blonde hair. It has a thick creamy texture and the ingredients list is definitely much better and more clean than it used to be.
