I have been wearing protection pads for many years and have used a variety of products. These always discreet pads definitely keep me dry both day and night and feel light and comfortable. The only reason I didn't rate them as a 5 star is because they are a little bit long so I i can feel it when I sit down. I liked the wrapping because it was not noisy when I opened it

These pads were comfortable, absorbent and really did mask odours. I wonder if them having wings would make them slightly better though so they don’t bunch?

I've been using this product for a little while now and don't always have heavy leaks but there are times that something unexpected would happen such as a sudden trip on a corner of a path that caused me to be unsteady on my feet, and without a pad or liner on this would be something that would trigger more than a light leak but thankfully from wearing this product I was protected and could carry on without any embarrassing situation. I like too that the product has a nice scent as this definitely helps in times like this, and for general days just a 'normal' level pad was quite sufficient in giving me the protection I required. The only thing I wasn't overly keen on was that the sides felt a little scratchy against my skin so at times that was somewhat unpleasant, but this is only minimal and is tolerable for the level of protection and peace of mind I got from wearing the pads, so overall this is a really good product and gave me the security I was looking for.

They make you feel confident even when working out that nothing is going to leak out. I felt fresh and comfortable wearing these pads and recommend them to any women experiencing bladder leakage.

They didn’t bunch up too much, but I am quite active and would love the option of wings for that added security but overall quite happy. I will buy them again as I feel the price is also reasonable.

They look great to start with they come in their own little discreet package which has a dual purpose to wrap the used pad in for disposal in the bin. The pad itself has gathers at the side to fit to your body perfectly. I wasn't sure they would be right for me because they are so thin but other than a sneezing fit the pads usually last a few hours before I have to change it. There is absolutely no odour from the used pad even when it is very obviously full of urine. The always discreet pads fit seamlessly into underwear and can't be seen under clothing which is a real bonus because the pads I use currently are much larger and thicker and I always feel self-conscious when I go out unless I wear a long t-shirt so my behind is covered, no problems with always discreet. I am really giving the Always Discreet incontinance pads a real work-out because I'm in the middle of moving house so all the straining etc is putting a lot of pressure on my bladder.

Also a bit nervous of the thinness of the pad but it was absorbent and had no external leakage. Over all happy with this product its comfortable and masks odours well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PROOF IS IN THE WEARING [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On initial inspection, I thought this Always Discreet product seemed a little thicker than I expected. But I was delighted that it did not have those dreaded wings. Instead there is a gathered edging which resulted in the pad feeling just like an extension of my knickers. It is definitely a long pad but I see this as a positive. As a sufferer of what I would consider moderate leakage, I found this product to have excellent absorption. Its length was, as previously mentioned, a definite positive I felt confident that it remained in place all day and felt very comfortable. There is an odour absorption quality to this product which was remarkable. Disposal was simple as it rolled up and edges stuck together. I was very, very impressed with this product and look forward to it coming on the market, and finding out its price.As with previous reviews, I am unable to upload photos because they are too large. My photos are taken on a Samsung Note 8....nothing exceptional so it is frustrating that I cannot upload photos. Because of the delicate and personal nature of this product, no video was taken

I found the product easy to apply however not as thin as other liners I use.The product did the job well but I did feel maybe it was a little too bulky for my needs.

I felt them to be a bit stiff, I liked how thin they were but took a while to 'wear it in' and fit to my body, if that makes sense. If they were a little softer to the skin i could give this brand a go :)
