When mine arrived I had a cold so it was the terrific time to try these out. Coughing and sneezing all day makes for perfect conditions to really see what they are made of. Right out of the packet you can see they are thin. And you may worry they wont offer you enough protection, how wrong was that thought! The packaging is pretty florals and purples. They stick really well so no stress about movement. Unlike another brand I currently use I barely know im wearing it. They are comfortable and definitely offer me peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous product, does everything that it should and really impressed me with the clever wrapper design that makes disposal neat and tidy and particularly discrete. The pretty colours are a very nice touch as well. The liner is so thin and soft I completely forgot that I was wearing one! It certainly is super-fast drying and does not leave you feeling damp downunder I wont be going back to my other brand, the difference is surprisingly impressive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleep better, and wake up feeling fresh and dry [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so good that now I don't smell so bad down under when I wake up in the morning. Can wear it for 8 hours long without a worry or a wet feeling hence it has helped me to sleep better and feel confident. Also when it becomes full, the weight of it slightly increases, as the pad becomes thick and that's the time, one need to dispose it off properly. I love the fact that it can control odour for so long. Can wear it even with tight pants, as it doesn't show off from panties, since its so thin yet so effective.

However, I was pleasantly surprised as they are quite thin and very easy to wear. Pleased to say no leakages either. I'm not big on scented products as I'm very sensitive but the odour control smell was actually ok. I'm pretty positive I would use this product again.

Needless to say my pelvic floor muscles are struggling. When I first received this product I wondered how it would meet my needs. First impression- the name, Always Discreet, I hoped so. It had an inviting catchy feel. In smaller print, for sensitive bladder. Yes that's what I need. Next the packaging- pretty, feminine, and gives you the information you are looking for when deciding what product to try when shopping amongst the range on the market.Now to see if this pad really does what it claims. Open the packaging- very light and thin product- really? Okay let's give this a go. Next, a pleasant perfumed scent. This really struck me as a clever idea. This pad exceeded my expectations. Light, thin pad, not the surfboards my girls describe sanitary pads as! Long pad but fits very well into the underwear, and you could barely tell you are wearing a pad, discreet indeed. I felt so confident all day wearing this product. Odour control- definitely, no leakage what-so-ever. I even tested it out a little boldly, went for a small jog, very well protected, I think it's the lining underneath that does the trick so well.I am so impressed with Always Discreet. This is just the thing I need to feel more normal, without any embarrassment or bulky feeling. I feel feminine. Thank you for understanding a woman's needs.

The pad was very comfortable to wear, fitted perfectly and had fast absorption that had great odour control and kept me feeling dry. I felt fresh and confident all day.

They are very soft and thin so they are not bulky. The amount of urine they absorb before they reach saturation point is astounding.. The only con is that width of them is perfect for bikini or normal knickers but not for full briefs

I was a bit skeptic to start with after trying a few different brands and not being overly impressed at all. I was totally surprised how comfortable the liner was to wear. You hardly knew you had it on at all... talk about discreet. Other liners I have used never stayed in the right place and have ended up moving which resulted in leakage. Always discreet liner stayed in place all day and definitely no leakage. The other thing I liked is no more embarrassing urine smell. Other people may not smell it on you but you can always smell it yourself which makes you feel very self conscious. Will definitely be switching to always discreet

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything expected, and MORE [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time tried, found them more comfortable than leading competitor, but never had minor leakage and still forgot I was using them.As a lady who gets major UTIs, the usage of incontinence pads are practically a daily neccessity, and the comfort of these are 120% better than the competitor.Oh, and when I DID get a UTI episode, I never thought there was any leakages, the pads kept me dry and the only time I was aware I was wearing this product, was when I had to go to the toilet.This product does not clump when moist, unlike its competitors.

Very comfortable to wear but the length is not necessary in my opinion. I feel a little self conscious with the length as I feel like they are the length of a sanitary pad and honestly not necessary to be that long for bladder protection

When I first got always discreet the package smelt amazing then it became overwhelming it smells like a public toilet I’m not sure if anyone else can smell it but I sure did. The absorbency was great having 4 kids and being over 40 and starting to go through menopause pelvic floor is abit shot so it worked really well and I trusted there was not leakage it didn’t bunch up or move around. I think I’ll try the liners out and see if the smell is better as the pads itself felt like I was wearing nappy.

It is a bit longer than my usual one so that took a little getting used to. No leakages which obviously is one of the most important things and also no odor which is also very important. I was comfortable wearing it but I do prefer my usual one but would definitely have this as go to if mine weren't available.
