Midwife recommended this product, I tried a few cheaper version and non compared. The Medela nipple shields are top quality and very thin, perfect to protect sore nipples and still breastfeed as per normal. Definitely a must have!

What my issue ended up being was engorged breasts causing my nipples to go flat. These were absolute magic to assist with breastfeeding to begin with. After using the shields for the first 1.5months while my nipples slowly built up a tolerance without the shields. Would hands down recommend these items.

These provided some much-needed relief for me and my poor, cracked nipples when my eldest was a week old. So easy to sterilise, use and store. I’d recommend these to any breastfeeding mum who feels like her nipples have been through a meat grinder.
